Automotive Blog's Favorite Options for the XC60

Automotive website Motor1.com recently listed their favorite options for the Volvo XC60 SUV. Here they are:

  • Interior-Matching Leather Key (included with Inscription trim level): “…adds a tasteful touch to the car’s overall presence.”
  • Panaramic Sunroof (included with Inscription trim level): “The massive piece of glass spans nearly the entire length of the roof, allowing plenty of sunshine to bathe the interior.”
  • 360-degree Surround Camera System (part of the Advanced Package): “Volvo’s surround-view camera system provides an exceptionally clear image and shows every angle of the car, easing the driver’s ability to parallel park an XC60 or navigate the crossover out of a tight spot.”
  • Bowers & Wilkins Audio System (Option): “If you haven’t experienced the upgraded Bowers and Wilkins system, the difference is astounding. For $3,200, the 15-speaker, 1,100-watt Bowers and Wilkins audio upgrade fills the cabin with genuinely incredible sound.”
  • Air Suspension (Option): “Its best feature is arguably its ability to drop the XC60’s rear end several inches in a matter of seconds with the press of a button, which makes loading heavy items into the cargo area a much easier occasion.”
  • Driftwood Inlays (included with Inscription Package): “The sections of the wood in the Volvo invoke a much more modern feeling in the XC60’s cabin compared to the high-gloss wood typically found in luxury car interiors.”
  • Nappa Leather Interior with Massaging Seats (Option): “Though the massage feature is a bit over the top, Volvo’s Blond-colored leather really pops and gives the XC60 Inscription an overwhelming feeling of luxury.”
  • Pilot Assist Semi-Autonomous Drive (part of the Advanced Package): “Though it only works for limited periods of time, the Pilot Assist system combines the abilities from the car’s other safety systems (lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, etc.), and pilots the car with minimal driver interaction.”
Test Drive a 2019 Volvo XC60 today at Isringhausen Volvo in Downtown Springfield.
